          Healthy Exercise Recovery Training and Nutrition was founded by one of today's leading experts in the area of exercise recovery training and nutrition, Linda Mason. Linda first started H.E.R. Training and Nutrition in 2009 as a way of helping a group of people who were too debilitated to work with a personal fitness instructors, but were too rehabilitated for normal rehabilitation facilities and physical therapists.  Because of Linda's unique exercise recovery training programs, she is able to bridge the "fitness gap" for many people who otherwise would be left without any other training options.  
          Linda offers private, semi private, small group and couples training. This includes post-op and post-rehab participants.   Populations with physical limitations, restrictions, chronic conditions and progressive diseases will benefit from this form of training.   

          With the right combination of an exercise program and nutrition, Linda can help you achieve a healthier lifestyle.  Improve your quality of life with increased energy and strength for everyday living.
